Beliefs

Permeate Evangelism works with many different denominations and groups within Christendom, so our focus of beliefs are on the core truths of the gospel.​​​

-Salvation: We are saved by grace through faith (Ephesians 2:8-9, Romans 5:1)

-Truth: The Bible is inspired by God (II Tim. 3:16-17) and is the infallible and authoritative Word of God.​

 

-Jesus: Jesus was born of a virgin (Matt. 1:18-25), lived a sinless life (Hebrews 4:15), and died on the cross as a perfect sacrifice for our sins (John 3:16-18). Jesus then rose from the dead and ascended to the right hand of the Father and will return again (Luke 24:1-7; Acts 1:9-11).

-Judgment: We believe in the judgment of all people, everlasting life in heaven for those who have been saved by Jesus and punishment in hell for those who have died in their sins without Christ. (Matthew 25:46, John 10:28

-One God, 3 Persons: The Trinity consists of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. One God, three persons (Matt. 28:19-20).

-In Summary: We believe that all people are by nature separated from God and responsible for their own sin, but that salvation, redemption, and forgiveness of sin are freely offered to all by the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. When a person repents of sins and believes in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord, trusting Him to save, that person is immediately born again and sealed by the Holy Spirit, all his/her sins are forgiven, and that person becomes a child of God, destined to spend eternity with the Lord.
