The Permeate Model
Permeate believes there is no "formula" to evangelism. Instead we focus on truly equipping the church through tailored and prayerful discipleship. We believe that God gave evangelists to the church in order to help equip believers to enable them to fulfill the great commission to go out and make disciples of every nation through evangelism.
And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ

Therefore, rather than having a one sized fits all approach, we focus our efforts in three areas:
1. In Person Training
2. Go & Do
3. Train the Trainer
Each focus area builds upon the other, all with the goal of creating a culture of evangelism within the church by coming alongside the church.

In Person
Evangelism Training
There is a glaring and urgent need in the church for practical training in how to communicate the gospel message of Jesus. In person evangelism training is a core focus of Permeate and a critical milestone in the pathway of creating a culture of evangelism within the Church.
We offer customizable training for churches, para-church ministries, or any Christian group without regard to the size. In our trainings, we focus on ensuring everyone can understand why we share the gospel, being able to articulate the gospel, and practical ways to share the gospel in every day life.
Every training is done by a Permeate Certified Trainer who is skilled and experienced in evangelism. It will always be dynamic and filled with interaction. Afterwards, we follow up with options to train the trainers at your church or group, additional trainings and also opportunities to come alongside your church in future outreaches.
Our trainings give greater confidence and urgency to believers to share the gospel within their everyday lives. As more catch this vision, you will begin to see a culture of evangelism within your church or group!
Customizable Training
We at Permeate know that each local church has a unique culture, struggle, and needs. Keeping this in mind, we tailor our evangelism training in order to supply whatever may be lacking in a church's evangelistic efforts.

More practically, we also customize our trainings to work within a constellation of variables including:

In order to accomplish this goal, we are committed to coming alongside your church even after our initial evangelism training to ensure that you are being discipled in the spiritual discipline of evangelism.
After your local church training we are available to:
- train leadership specifically in how they can facilitate a culture of evangelism
- come alongside you during your church outreach events
- take your church on a domestic missions trip in sharing the gospel on the street or boardwalk
- disciple the evangelist in your church in our Train the Trainer program
- expand our training in your church to an ongoing, more in depth model
